Most homes in Montecito California seem a little grown-up as if you have to be of a certain age to enjoy the storied pleasures of this seaside enclave. Today’s home would be the perfect choice for someone in the enviable position of having both youth and a ton of money. Or maybe I’m just swayed by the comic panel art in one of the bedrooms. Either way, this home on Fernald Point is totally gorgeous. The contemporary seven-bedroom home sits right on the water and is made with many beautiful exotic woods including ip

You want to download an exclusive report or document, but to get to it you need to send in your email address. You know what’s going to happen - these people are going to send you some “newsletters” or, well, spam. If you absolutely need access to something but don’t want to be riddled with unsolicited emails as a result, you can get a throwaway email address from Mailinator.

Here’s how it works:

How do I create an account at Mailinator? It’s simple, you just send email to it. Temporary accounts are created when email arrives for them. First, you give out the mailinator email address you created, and then you check it. It’s that easy.

What email address should I use? Anything you want! You can be bipper@mailinator.com, pinkystinky@mailinator.com, or if you’re a 16-25 year old male you can be bigdaddy@mailinator.com. Just make sure your “anything” is followed by @mailinator.comWhat can I do with the email address? Give it out. Use it in webforms. Post it on forums. Use it any time you need an email address, but don’t want to be slowed down by the sign-up process or spammed for eternity.

Source: Mailinator Official Website

However, make sure that passwords or other sensitive data won’t be sent to your Mailinator address, since nearly anyone else can check it. Just use it if you want to access bonus material from a website, or you satisfy that obnoxious man at the bar who keeps asking for your contact info.

At the begin of the month, the NY Post’s legendary real estate columnist Braden Keil reported on a $65 million sale of an estate in the Hamptons. Now he has said that the exclusive six-acre estate on the enviable Gin Lane has been bought by Tiger Woods and his wife Elin. The property is anchored by a 3,200-square-foot Colonial Revival main residence, a 7,500-square-foot guesthouse and a four-car garage with staff quarters. We covered the property as an estate of the day in January.

But did Tiger really purchase this home? The agent for the property, Beate Moore of Sotheby’s International Realty tells Newsday’s Laura Mann that Tiger did not buy the property and Radar says they’ve talked to Tiger Woods’s reps who also confirm that Tiger has not purchased this property. It’s no longer listed so someone did purchase, we’ll just have to wait for property records to solve this mystery.

Do you remember where you were when you state Star Wars for the first time? Were you absolutely blown away? I was. My kids collected the Star Wars figures (I remember one Christmas Eve putting together a Millennium Falcon) and I will always regret selling all that stuff in a garage sale.

Star Wars is part of our culture. There are Star Wars courses in universities, and scholarly books written about the Star Wars phenomenon. But if you thought you had seen the last Star Wars motion picture, think again.

Susan Gunelius, over at b5media’s Brandcurve, states there’s another Star Wars movie coming out in August, a movie version of the game: Star Wars- The Clone Wars , along with an animated Star Wars TV series.

See what Susan says about these upcoming Star Wars events, and let her know what you think.

By the way, George Lucas is not technically a Baby Boomer, having been born in 1944, but close enough. After all, he was the co-writer and director of American Graffiti, a great classic Boomer movie.
